We worked with Value for Women to support a select number of energy clients to actively promote gender-positive practices and inclusion. Two case studies have been published, detailing the work of Husk Power Systems in effectively attracting and retaining female customers and looking at d.light's journey in reshaping workplace perspectives and women's representation across the organisation.
