FMO, the Dutch entreprenurial development bank, invites tenders for Nasira+ onboarding services to support the USD 1 billion Nasira+ Portfolio Guarantee programme. This SME synthetic securitisation initiative focuses on origination over approximately 60 months, involving around 45 financial institutions in emerging markets.
The appointed contractor will guide beneficiaries in data exchange via FMO’s Data Platform and ensure compliance with contractual principles for effective risk-sharing. Responsibilities include advising on portfolio selection and reporting in line with the guarantee agreement, helping beneficiaries accurately manage and report their eligible loan portfolios.
