Your role

We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as an HR Data Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your expertise across the employee lifecycle to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and shape/ improve our HR policies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape a new capability within HR, contributing to the development of a data-informed culture across the organization.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Visualize Data: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that bring HR data and trends to life.
  • Empower Stakeholders: Train stakeholders on HR KPIs and trends to enable informed decision-making.
  • Drive Insights: Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable, data-driven insights to the Management Team, HR Business Partners, the Talent & Development team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leverage Tools: Use advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or SuccessFactors Reporting to enhance your analysis.
  • Deliver Regular Reports: Provide quarterly HR Analytics reports and other key deliverables, including the Externals Overview, Talent Acquisition KPIs and Risk Appetite reports.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR data and KPIs.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR services, processes and policies, existing and new.
  • Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work closely with colleagues across HR functions and partner with teams outside of HR (such as Finance, Risk or Strategy to ensure people analytics are aligned with broader organizational goals and integrated into company decision-making).

Our offer

Our compensation range for this position  is EUR 80-85K, annual gross pay, depending on your skills and experience.

Your team

You will be part of the HR Services Team together with four other direct colleagues, and your reporting line will be to the Manager of HR Services and Talent Acquisition.  The HR Services Team is part of the HR department, which consists of twenty-five passionate professionals in the domain of HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development, HR specialists, and HR Business Partners.

Collaboration is at the heart of this team’s success. Whether partnering with the rest of our colleagues within HR or the rest of the business, responding to inquiries, you will play a key role in embedding a data-driven mindset throughout the organization.

With a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and stakeholder empowerment, this role is instrumental in shaping a forward-looking, evidence-based HR function.  We look very much forward to learn how can you contribute to our team! 

Your background

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a Data Science related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems; SAP Success Factors experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is ideal.
  • Background in international/financial environments is advantageous.
  • Strong level of English (spoken and written).

Your skills:

  • Experience in leading or developing HR analytics deliverables, tools, and/or strategies.
  • Awareness and willingness to integrate new analytical techniques, such as AI, into your work.
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Confident communicator who can translate complex data for employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Client-focused with a curious mindset and a knack for finding solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing change.
  • Risk-aware and capable of escalating issues when needed.
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
