Who is our customer

Mercator Novus is a Rotterdam-based strategic advisory firm active in the areas of strategy and project development.

What is our funding objective?

The Framework Agreement entails a series of pilot projects to further develop the Flying Swans approach. The beneficiaries of the projects are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Why do we fund this investment?

FMO wants to succesfully implement the project development approach (the Flying Swans), which brings together development impact and commercial interests of local and Dutch businesses. hod. The Flying Swans approach is a new method to help Dutch corporations and entrepreneurs succeed in developing markets in Africa, Asia and South America by experimenting with a new and integrated way of working on overseas projects.
