Who is our customer
The Desarrollos Hoteleros Nicaragua Project will comprise the development and construction of one greenfield hotel in Nicaragua (Managua with 140 rooms). The hotel will be designed and operated under the Hyatt Place brand, a successful 4-star select-service hotel concept from the Hyatt Group, with 182 Hyatt Place hotels worldwide.
What is our funding objective?
The development and construction of a 4-star hotel in Nicaragua to help support its hospitality sector.
Why do we fund this investment?
FMO provides scarce 10 year financing to greenfield hotels in Honduras and Nicaragua, thereby strengthening the business infrastructure in Low Middle Income countries.
