What is our funding objective?

This CD funding is to support a BBL employee to participate in the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) Leadership Academy 2015-2016, where the participants, in four modules will develop and advance their leadership capacity in the context of values-based banking; learn about and explore a wide variety of values-based banking models and financial innovations across the GABV; further develop their personal and cultural skills;practice innovation techniques and initiate individual change projects and become part of a network of leaders across the GABV.

Why do we fund this investment?

FMO is part of the GABV, supporting banking on values all around the world through partnerships. By supporting a client bank, who is also part of the GABV, knowledge and networks are strengthened within the client bank, but also between GABV banks, which fits the FMO strategy of supporting knowledge and network sharing.
