Who is our customer

ABT has a special focus on providing financial services to micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), including ATM withdrawal cards, cheque deposit books, domestic transfers and mobile banking (Mpesa).

What is our funding objective?

The capacity development support will enable Advans to engage two interim managers (a Risk & Control Manager and a Commercial Manager) in order to improve the operation of the Risk and Control Department and to further develop the commercial strategy with a focus on the bank's branch network.

Why do we fund this investment?

By supporting Advans Bank Tanzania FMO indirectly helps increase access to finance, particularly in the rural MSME markets in Tanzania.
