Who is our customer
Dlo Haiti is a newly established company in Haiti that is active in the off-grid water production and supply business.
What is our funding objective?
FMO is funding Dlo Haiti through the Infrastructure Development Fund. The financing will be utilized for the construction of a network of kiosks, each of which can produce, distribute and sell clean drinking water.
Why do we fund this investment?
Clean drinking water is crucially important to Haiti, but investment in the country is still considered relatively risky. The Infrastructure Development Fund allows FMO to support such high-risk projects because of their clear development impact.
