Public consultation of the Independent Complaints Mechanism Policy

Following the first period of operations of the Independent Complaints Mechanism (ICM), the Complaints Offices of both DEG and FMO together with the Independent Expert Panel initiated a review of the ICM Policy. The review is based on feedback received from management and staff of both organizations, Civil Society Organizations and other external parties as well as lessons learned from processing the first complaints.

DEG and FMO have decided to start a public consultation procedure to collect feedback which can be used to advance the ICM Policy. The period for public consultation is open until February 29, 2016.
