As the world gathers in Türkiye for COP31, FMO is committed to turning climate ambition into sustainable investment and partnerships.
FMO is strongly committed to advancing climate action across emerging markets, working with clients and partners to turn climate ambitions into investable solutions and tangible impact. Türkiye is an important market for FMO and a strong example of how long-term partnerships can help address climate challenges while supporting sustainable economic development. At COP31, we aim to build on these relationships while connecting Türkiye’s experience and opportunities to the wider global climate agenda.
Our focus is clear: strengthening climate-finance partnerships, advancing investment opportunities and contributing to the global climate-finance agenda. FMO will engage with governments, donors, clients, civil society and partners to help connect public and private capital with opportunities for meaningful climate impact, both regionally and globally.
Our engagement will span FMO’s key sectors, including financial institutions, energy, agribusiness, food and sustainable forestry, with particular attention to adaptation finance, private finance mobilisation and giving climate finance the boost required by the accelerating pace of climate change around the world.
Meet us in Antalya during the first week of COP31, with a delegation engaging across both the Blue and Green Zones. Together, we can mobilise finance, strengthen partnerships and accelerate climate action across emerging markets.

COP31 is an opportunity to connect policy, capital and implementation. We look forward to strengthening partnerships, originating opportunities and contributing practical experience from emerging markets to the international climate finance conversation. Our ambition is not simply to discuss what needs to happen, but to work with our partners to help turn climate priorities into investable solutions.
Join FMO in Antalya as we work together to move climate finance from ambition to implementation.
