The Internal Audit department of FMO consists of five audit professionals, headed by a Director. The department helps FMO to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. The department is responsible for the internal audit plan of the entire bank and therefore covers a broad range of audit topics such as Risk, Finance, Investment, ICT and Treasury.
As Internal Auditor within FMO, you will have a unique opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the various processes within the bank. In your role you will be participating in audits from front to end and will get in touch with all disciplines in the organization. By being part of FMO’s Internal Audit department you have a crucial role in protecting and enabling FMO's business.
