Your role consists of a number of elements. You will need to get to know and understand the organizational learning environment and play an active role in the design, development and maintenance of on-line learning interventions (for example; (micro) learning, video based training, Social Learning, e-learning). You will also ensure effective use and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System.
Write a proposal on how to implement learning innovations for FMO employees and external learners, with the aim to share our financial sustainable development knowledge with our clients based in 85 countries.
We are looking for a colleague with a drive for excellence who takes ownership for the day to day learning and development activities. You enjoy working in a busy team within a dynamic and international environment. You are currently following a university program in Educational Science & Technology.
