Who is our client
The Environmental & Social Officers Team at the FMO Energy Department (ESEN).
Funding objective
This Capacity Development (CD) Financial Proposal (FP) proposes the transfer of environmental and social (E&S) risk management related CD projects to E&S Officers (ESOs) by setting up a delegated E&S CD Grant Facility (CDGF) for the E&S Team at the Energy Department. This will enable ESOs to work directly with the CD Program and take full ownership of CD projects focused on E&S risks management.
Why we fund this project
Setting up an E&S CDGF creates alignment and efficiency in CD project management, allowing FMO to add more value to clients on topics that are core to FMO’s strategic ambitions enabling FMO to differentiate itself in an ever increasingly competitive market.
