FMO supports entrepreneurial award for Dutch students
On September 4, the Studenten Ondernemersprijs 2008 will be awarded to an ambitious and talented entrepreneuring student in the Circustheater in Scheveningen.
This price was called into being by recruitment and selection agency Impressive Green Apple in order to reward and stimulate entrepreneurship amongst potential new employees for their clients. FMO is one of the sponsors of the award and FMO's CEO has a seat in the jury. Other sponsors are Imtech, De Pers and Reckitt Benckiser.
FMO supports entrepreneurship in emerging markets. This requires a flexible, innovative and pioneering mentality from FMO's employees. Courage, decisiveness, innovation and creativity are key for realising flourishing enterprises in developing countries and emerging markets. FMO supports the Studenten Ondernemers Prijs 2008 because FMO's future employees are the entrepreneuring students of today.
Six students have been nominated for the award, which consists of a 5000 euro money prize for the student ondernemer 2008 and a media campaign by daily newspaper De Pers for the most courageous entrepreneur.
